- 3 medium yellow tomatoes
- 1 or 2 jalapenos, ....i used 1 red & 1 green
- 1 small yellow onion
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp cilantro, sniped
- 1 dash sea salt, optional

1Gather your ingredients

2Chop onion, tomatoes, peppers in to coarse bits for pico de gallo

3Add lemon juice and cilanto

4For a sauce, or finer salsa, process in food processor for 15 seconds.

5Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours or over night to let flavors blend.

6Serve and enjoy.

7May be stored in covered container in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days
