  • 18 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 qt. white vinegar
  • 1 small red hot pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. mixed pickling spices

Directions

    Make pickling solution of vinegar, pepper and spices and bring to a boil.

    Add eggs and bring to a boil again.

    Pack into hot sterilized jars and cover completely with pickling solution.

    Seal immediately.

    Let set for a few days before opening and eating.
