- 18 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 1 small red hot pepper
- 1 Tbsp. mixed pickling spices
Directions

1Make pickling solution of vinegar, pepper and spices and bring to a boil.

2Add eggs and bring to a boil again.

3Pack into hot sterilized jars and cover completely with pickling solution.

4Seal immediately.

5Let set for a few days before opening and eating.
