- 1 pkg. herbed bread crumbs
- 2 lb. squash, sliced
- 1 c. grated carrots, fine
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can celery soup
Directions

1Pour melted margarine over bread crumbs.

2Steam squash and onion, then mix with soup, sour cream and carrots.

3Put half of bread crumb mixture in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

4Add all of squash mixture, top with remaining bread crumb mixture.

5Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
