  • 8 fresh yellow squash
  • 10 crackers
  • 3/4 c. Pet milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cut squash into slices.

    Cook until tender, drain and rinse well.

    Add crackers, crumbled.

    Add milk, eggs, onion, oleo, cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

    Place in buttered casserole dish.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350° or until light brown.
