  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook meat, onion, green pepper, garlic and spices until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.

    Drain off grease.

    Add catsup, tomato sauce and sugar.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Drain off grease again (this step is important).

    Add cheeses and mix well.
