- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1Rinse a one foot length of cheesecloth in cold water and wring out.

2Place yogurt in center, wrap cloth around it and set in strainer or colander in a bowl.

3Refrigerate until thick, 8-14 hours.

4Discard drained liquid and unwrap.
