  • 1 Egg
  • 60 grams Sugar
  • 15 grams Cake flour

    Combine the egg, sugar, and sifted flour into a heatproof bowl.

    Add the yogurt and mix well.

    Strain through a sieve or tea strainer.

    Microwave for 2 minutes and mix.

    Microwave for another minute and mix again.

    If it still hasn't thickened, microwave for another minute and mix.
