- 1/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
- 1/8 tsp. ground cardamon
- 8 fresh peaches or 2 (16 oz.) cans lite peaches
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Directions

1In blender, combine cottage cheese, skim milk, sugar, lemon juice and cardamon.

2Cover and process until smooth.

3Fold in yogurt; chill.

4At serving time, using a paring knife, peel, pit and slice peaches.

5If you use canned peaches, drain.

6Divide peaches among 8 sherbet dishes.

7Spoon sauce over peaches.
