Ingredients

  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 avocado ripe, thinly sliced
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons chihuahua cheese thinly sliced, may substitute mozzarella
  • 10 green olives halved
  • 1 tomato quartered
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

    Whisk the lemon, bouillon, vinegar, and oil together. Set aside.

    Mix the lettuce, olives, and tomato in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss well to coat. Add half of the cheese and carefully mix.

    Serve, topping with the rest of the cheese and avocado slices.
