  • 3 lb. hamburger
  • 4 chopped onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or celery soup
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. noodles

Directions

    Brown meat; add onions, celery and pepper.

    Simmer soup and cheese until cheese is melted.

    Add drained, cooked noodles to mixture.

    Turn into large casserole.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°. This makes enough for 2 to 3 meals.

    Freezes well; do so prior to baking.
