  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. (4 Tbsp.) hot drippings

    Pour hot drippings in loaf pan.

    Sift flour and salt together. Gradually stir in combined milk and eggs and beat until smooth. Pour in loaf pan.

    Bake at 450° for 25 to 30 minutes.
