- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1All ingredients should be room temperature.

2Beat eggs until light and thick.

3Add flour and 1/3 cup milk.

4Beat slowly 30 seconds, gradually adding remaining milk and oil.

5Beat 1 to 2 minutes.

6Place 4 tablespoons hot meat drippings into a hot 8 x 8-inch pan.

7Pour in batter and bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot from oven with gravy.
