  • 1/2 cup (3/4) all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsps melted butter

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar,baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine milk and yogurt. Add the melted butter to beaten egg. Add the egg to the milk mixture.

    Pour the milk mixture melted butter into the dry ingredients and stir until batter is fairly smooth.
