- 4 c. milk, preheated
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt or to taste
- pinch of ground red pepper
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 total torn cheeses mixture (American, Muenster, Swiss, etc.)
- grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
- Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1Melt butter in a large saucepan; stir in flour until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring, for about 2 minutes.
