- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 can (12 oz.) almond cake and pastry filling
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter, sour cream, vanilla and almond filling.

2Blend well, beating three minutes at medium speed.

3Add sifted dry ingredients and mix at low speed until well blended.

4Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

5Stir in nuts.

6Pour into greased 9 to 10-inch Bundt pan and bake for 60 to 65 minutes at 350°.

7Cool 1 hour, do not invert! Remove from pan.
