- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 4 1/2 eggshells of Marsala (heavy sweet sherry)
Directions

1Combine egg yolks and sugar in top part of double boiler. Beat egg beater until light lemon color and well blended.

2Add Marsala, beat again, until well blended.

3Put boiling water in lower part of double boiler.

4Cook about 5 minutes or until slightly thick and creamy (while cooking, beat constantly).

5Serve warm or can be cooled and served cold plain or over angel food cake slices.
