- Basic Dough (see recipe)
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. zahtar
- oil
Directions

1Combine zahtar with sesame seed and sufficient oil to form a thin paste.

2Mix well.

3Make patties of basic dough and flatten to form circles with a 7-inch diameter.

4Spread zahtar mixture on top, pressing it in with fingers.

5Place patties on oiled baking sheet.

6Bake at 470° for about 10 minutes.

7Cut circles into wedges (like pizza) and serve.

8May be eaten warm or cold.
