- 6 large carrots
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cut carrots into thin strips.

2Cook until tender in salted water.

3Place in 6 x 10-inch baking dish.

4Mix together rest of the ingredients (except crumbs) and pour over carrots.

5Sprinkle with crumbs.

6Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
