- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 onions, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- 1 (4 oz.) block tofu, drained
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chicken style seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1Slice zucchini lengthwise and hone out insides to resemble canoes.

2Saute the insides with onion and garlic in a little water.

3Scramble the tofu and seasonings like eggs.

4Mix together with the zucchini-onion mixture and fill the inside of the zucchini halves.

5Arrange zucchini halves in a baking dish with extra filling around them and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
