  • 3 1/4 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. nuts

    Put eggs, oil and chopped zucchini into blender and beat.

    Add to the other ingredients.

    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325° in greased Bundt cake pan.
