- 4 c. zucchini
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
Directions

1Cube zucchini; cook in salted water for 15 minutes.

2Drain and set aside.

3In a skillet, melt margarine; add onion and saute. Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, 1/2 Stove Top stuffing mix and zucchini; mix well.

4Pour into casserole dish; top with remaining stuffing crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
