- 6 c. sliced zucchini
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 c. margarine
Directions

1Place zucchini and onions in pan, cover with water and boil for 5 minutes.

2Drain.

3Mix the soup and sour cream; add to onions and zucchini.

4Mix stuffing with the melted margarine.

5Line the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with 2/3 of the stuffing mix.

6Add the zucchini and onions; cover with the remaining stuffing.

7Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
