  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1 med. Onion (diced)
  • 1 c. Milk
  • 1 c. Diced Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Crumbled Saltines

Directions

    Boil 2 cups diced zucchini for 5 minutes in salt water, drain well.

    Add all the above ingredients; mix together in a casserole dish.

    Mix well.

    Sprinkle paprika on top.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
