- 1 med. Onion (diced)
- 1 c. Milk
- 1 c. Diced Velveeta Cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Crumbled Saltines
Directions

1Boil 2 cups diced zucchini for 5 minutes in salt water, drain well.

2Add all the above ingredients; mix together in a casserole dish.

3Mix well.

4Sprinkle paprika on top.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
