  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese (Cracker Barrel)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can Hunt's tomato sauce (regular size)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

    In 3 quart buttered baking casserole dish, layer chips, zucchini,

    cheese.

    Repeat

    layers. Pour tomato sauce and mushroom soup over all.

    Top with chips. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until zucchini is cooked.
