  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour milk
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. grated zucchini

Directions

    Cream together margarine, cooking oil and sugar.

    Add eggs, vanilla, sour milk, cocoa, flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Beat all with a mixer, then add zucchini and stir in the mixture. Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Sprinkle generously over the top with chocolate chips and 2 rounded tablespoonfuls of sugar over chips.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Should be refrigerated.

    Whip cream or ice cream is especially good with it.
