  • 1 gal. zucchini, ground or chunked
  • 1 (64 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice

Directions

    Boil 30 minutes all ingredients together.

    Pack in pint jars. Process for 20 minutes in pressure canner.

    Yield 6 to 7 pints. Tastes just like real pineapple.
