- 6 c. grated zucchini, peeled and cored
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 large (19 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 small pkg. of apricot jello
Directions

1Cook grated zucchini and 6 cups sugar.

2Boil 6 minutes, add crushed pineapple and boil 6 minutes more.

3Remove from heat and add 2 small packages apricot jello.

4Stir well.

5Bottle.
