  • 6 medium zucchini, trimmed and sliced lenghtways
  • 2 tbsps. olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic, sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 salt and fresh grounded black pepper

Directions

    Heat the oil in a medium, heavy based saucepan over low-medium heat.

    Add the garlic and saute until turns to golden brown.

    Pour in the zucchini until it becomes tender.

    Cook for 22-25 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Stir in the parmesan.
