- 2 tbsps. olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, sliced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 salt and fresh grounded black pepper
Directions

1Heat the oil in a medium, heavy based saucepan over low-medium heat.

2Add the garlic and saute until turns to golden brown.

3Pour in the zucchini until it becomes tender.

4Cook for 22-25 minutes.

5Season with salt and pepper.

6Stir in the parmesan.
