  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 c. shredded zucchini
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano

    Press crescent rolls in a pie plate.

    Spread mustard onto crust.

    Saute zucchini, onion and spices in margarine slightly. Drain most of the liquid.

    Mix cheese and eggs together.

    Add zucchini mixture. Pour into crust.

    Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes.
