Name: Zucchini Pie
Ingredients: 3 c. zucchini, sliced thin or diced (3 or 4 zucchini); 1 small onion, chopped; 4 large eggs or 5 medium; 1 c. Bisquick; 4 slices packaged Muenster cheese; 1/2 c. oil; 1/2 c. Romano cheese; 1/2 tsp. dill (can use marjoram); 1 tsp. oregano (can use parsley); 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/8 tsp. pepper

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. Romano cheese
1/2 tsp. dill (can use marjoram)
1 tsp. oregano (can use parsley)

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except cheese (Muenster) in one large bowl. Pour mixture into greased pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

Top with Muenster cheese at end until melted.
