- 3 or 4 large zucchini, peeled and remove seeds
- 2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. celery
- 2 Tbsp. turmeric
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 4 c. onions
- 2 red and green peppers
- 5 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Grind 10 cups of zucchini in meat grinder, along with onions, peppers and salt.

2Mix and let set overnight.

3Next day, drain in colander and rinse in cold water.

4Add vinegar, mustard, celery, turmeric, cornstarch and black pepper.

5Mix and cook 3 minutes (simmer).

6Stir as it sticks on easily.
