  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. zucchini (1/2-inch pieces)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
