  • 3 c. or 1 head lettuce, shredded to serve
  • 2 or 3 tomatoes, wedged
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1/2 c. radishes
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, wedged
  • 1/2 small jar hot green peppers
  • 1 pkg. smoked or regular wieners, diced
  • 1 c. cauliflower
  • sweet or dill pickles, diced
