- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 to 10 oz.) sharp Cheddar, cubed
- 1/2 tube sausage
Directions

1Mix eggs, parsley, pepper and salt together well.

2Add cubes of cheese.

3Brown sausage, breaking into small pieces.

4Drain well.

5Cover bottom of casserole dish with sausage.

6Pour egg mixture on top.

7Bake at 375° for 50 minutes.
