Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 3 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Cook cabbage and drain.

    Layer about one-half of the cabbage. Add a layer of sliced cheese.

    Repeat balance of cabbage and cheese.

    Dilute soup with small amount of water.
  5. 5
    Pour over cabbage and cheese.

    Cook in 350° oven until cheese is bubbly. Crumble crackers over casserole.

    Return to oven and brown.
