  • 12 cucumbers, cut into spears
  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar

    Boil last four ingredients and cool.

    Pack cucumbers, dill and garlic to taste.

    Place in jar or bowl.

    Pour brine over cucumbers. Put in refrigerator.
