"24 Hour Slaw"

  • 1 medium or large cabbage head, chopped fine
  • 2 medium onions, chopped fine
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt (large Tbsp. if large head)
  • 1 c. Wesson oil

Directions

    Put vinegar, sugar, salt and oil in saucepan.

    Bring to boil, pour over chopped cabbage and onion mix.

    Let cool.

    Store in refrigerator for 24 hours or longer.
