Ingredients
- 1/3 c. uncooked wild rice
- 1/2 c. uncooked brown rice
- 1/2 c. uncooked long grain white rice
- 1 large stalk celery
- 1 garlic clove
- 6 green onions
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. poultry seasonings
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/3 c. toasted pine nuts
Directions

1Rinse wild and brown rice well.

2Chop celery in 1/4-inch cubes.

3Chop green onions and saute with garlic in oil.

4Crush garlic with a fork.

5Add water and bring to a boil.

6Stir in celery, wild and brown rice, herbs, salt and pepper.

7Bring to a boil.

8Cover; reduce heat and cook gently for 30 minutes.

9Add white rice and cook an additional 30 minutes or until water is absorbed.

10Chop nuts and add just before serving.

11Makes 12 (1/2 cup each size) servings.
