- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. melted butter (have extra to dip rolls)
- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. lukewarm buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

2Mix well butter, yeast (dissolved in buttermilk), soda and sugar.

3Make into dough; knead until smooth.

4Roll out, cut, dip into butter and fold.

5Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

6Bake for 10 minutes at 450°.
