Ingredients

  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 2 c. chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1/4 tsp. medium pepper
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. hot sausage

Directions

    Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in little oleo.

    Cook sausage until done.

    Drain grease out of sausage good.

    Put all in pot with rice.

    Cok down until done.

    If too dry, add just a little more chicken broth.
