- `1 c. each: carrots, potatoes and onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. minute tapioca
- 1 c. V-8 tomato juice
Directions

1Oil casserole.

2Place beef in bottom of pan; add vegetables, salt, sugar, tapioca and juice.

3Stir well; cover and cook at 250° for 4 hours.

4Do not stir while in oven.
