Ingredients

  • 1st Layer:
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 stick margerine
  • 2nd Layer:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 3rd Layer:
  • 2 sml pkg (1 lg)Chocolate, Vanilla or Lemon Instant Pudding
  • 2 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Layer 4:
  • Remaining cool whip
  • Chopped nuts, and or coconut on top

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix 1st layer ingredients and press into 9x13 glass pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 mins. then cool.

    Mix 2nd layer ingredients. Spread over crust and cool.
  3. 3
    Mix and cool 3rd layer ingredients. Spread over layer 2.
  4. 4
    Use rest of cool whip and top with nuts and or coconut. Chill and serve.
