  • 3 carrots
  • 4 pieces celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 1 small can green beans with juice
  • 1 small can peas with juice
  • 2 large potatoes, sliced thick
  • 1 can mushrooms (pieces and stems with juice)
  • 1 can tomato soup (not diluted)
  • 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
  • salt and pepper
  • dash of garlic salt
