- 3 ounces ham, diced
- 14 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 18 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 dash allspice
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can fat-free chicken broth
- 3 whole tomatoes, peeled
Directions

1Mix the onion, mushrooms, ham, oil, garlic, paprika, and allspice in a large pot.
