  • 2 lb. stew beef, cubes
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 4 to 6 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 bay leaves

Directions

    Toss everything into a roaster pan and let cook at 275° for 5 hours.

    Can also use slow-cooker for 7 to 8 hours.

    Remove bay leaves before serving.
