- 1 can peas
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 2 onions, quartered
- 4 to 6 potatoes, cubed
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can water
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 bay leaves
Directions

1Toss everything into a roaster pan and let cook at 275° for 5 hours.

2Can also use slow-cooker for 7 to 8 hours.

3Remove bay leaves before serving.
