  • 2 lb. stew beef
  • 16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables or vegetables as desired
  • 3 Tbsp. fine tapioca
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large can V-8 juice

Directions

    Put stew beef in bottom of a roaster or Dutch oven.

    Add desired vegetables.

    Add tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper.

    Pour V-8 juice in.

    Cover and bake at 275° for 5 hours.

    Do not uncover until time is up.
