- 1 medium-size pepper, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 large onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 4 medium-sized red potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 1/8 tsp. diced whole basil
Directions

1Cook ground chuck in a large ovenproof skillet with lid over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to crumble.
