- 3 slender carrots
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Slice carrots at an angle, very thin, enough to measure 1 cup. Heat oil in skillet.

2Add carrots and other ingredients; cover and lightly steam for 6 minutes, or until tender, stirring once or twice.

3Makes 2 servings.
