- 1 lemon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. yeast

Shake well so yeast is fully dissolved.","6":"4. Pour ginger and lemon juice into bottle. Shake well.","8":"5. Fill bottle all but 1 inch full of water.","10":"6. Set bottle aside in warm area for 2-4 days, or until bottle is very firm. Refrigerate. Enjoy."}
