- 1 loaf Hawaiian bread
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
- 2 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts (optional)
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Thaw and squeeze water from spinach.

2Add other ingredients and chill overnight.

3Cut out the middle of Hawaiian bread loaf so that the loaf becomes an edible bowl for the dip.

4Cut middle insert of bread into chunks.

5Put spinach mixture inside of bread and serve, using the bread chunks for dipping.
