  • 1 loaf Hawaiian bread
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
  • 2 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts (optional)
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Directions

    Thaw and squeeze water from spinach.

    Add other ingredients and chill overnight.
  3. 3
    Cut out the middle of Hawaiian bread loaf so that the loaf becomes an edible bowl for the dip.

    Cut middle insert of bread into chunks.
  5. 5
    Put spinach mixture inside of bread and serve, using the bread chunks for dipping.
